Overriding Faculty's Time and Earnings Threshold

This article explains how to override a faculty member's time threshold. Using the Faculty Status Indicator, reviewers with the "Faculty Status Change" role can adjust a faculty member's threshold as needed.

Change Time Threshold:
To change a faculty member's time threshold,

1. Select the "Override time threshold" check box.
2. Enter the new threshold in the space below.
3. Click "Update" to finalize the change. The faculty member's time threshold will automatically adjust both on the "Faculty Details" page and the faculty member's workspace.

Change Earnings Threshold:
To change a faculty member's earnings threshold,

1. Select the "Override earnings threshold" check box.
2. Enter the new threshold in the space below.
3. Click "Update" to finalize the change. The faculty member's earnings threshold will automatically adjust both on the "Faculty Details" page and the faculty member's workspace.
