Time Threshold Exceeded

This article explains what happens in UC OATS when you exceed your time threshold. 

When You Exceed Your Time Threshold:

1. A Request to Exceed Threshold (TH) form will be automatically generated. 
   • You must complete and submit this form for the activity that exceeded the threshold.
   • Once approved, your time threshold for that specific activity will be updated.
2. If you exceed the new threshold for the same activity, you'll need to repeat the process and submit the Exceed TH form again. 
3. You must submit a Request to Exceed TH form for any activities you report effort after the threshold shown on your dashboard has been exceeded.
4. Your earnings threshold will reset to match your currently reported earnings.
   • As a result, any future effort reported on any activity will require you to submit a new Category I form.
