Duplicate Activity Found Pop-up

When entering a new activity in UC OATS, you may see a Duplicate Activity Found pop-up. This pop-up appears to help prevent duplicate activity entries and ensure accurate reporting.

UC OATS checks the following criteria when you enter a new activity:

• Organization Name
• Activity Name
• Activity Type(s)/ Role(s)

If all three criteria exactly match an existing activity, the system will display the pop-up. You can choose to continue creating the new activity or cancel and report effort under the existing activity, as appropriate.
