Recall and update Annual Certification


This article provides instructions on how to recall your annual certification report. You can recall an Annual Certification report before it has been approved. Once recalled, you can make the necessary adjustments and then resubmit your Annual Certification report again for review.

Note: 
  • You can recall an Annual Certification report that has not been Accepted.

To recall annual certification:

  1. Select the Annual Certification tab. 

  2. Locate the Annual Certification you want to recall and click on the View button. Reminder: You can only recall Annual Certification reports that have not been Accepted. 
  3. Select the Recall AC button at the top of the page. 

  4. Enter the reason for the Annual Certification recall.

  5. Select the Submit Recall button.
  6. Now that the annual certification report has been recalled, the Annual Certification button(s) will become available to you. Make the necessary updates to your workspace, and then resubmit your annual certification.
