Auditor Role Overview

This article provides an overview of the Auditor role in UC OATS. The Auditor role is typically assigned to users who need read-only access to prior approval forms, annual certification reports, a list of all activities, and faculty details. Auditors will have access to view content for the units they have been assigned to. 

The Auditor workspace consists of: 

• Dashboard reports
• Forms In Process
• All Activities (both in process and approved)
• Annual Certifications
• All Faculty
