The "AC Not Submitted Watchlist" role controls who receives the "Annual Certification Not Submitted by Faculty" email reminders. These emails contain a link to the “Not Submitted” AC report in UC OATS, to encourage staff to use the report to identify faculty who have not submitted their Annual Certification.
