This article explains what happens when you return a prior approval form to a faculty member after they've submitted their Annual Certification for that fiscal year.
When a faculty member submits their Annual Certification (AC), their workspace is locked for that fiscal year. If a prior approval form is returned while their AC is still processing, both the form and the AC will be returned to the faculty member. The faculty member must then update the prior approval form and resubmit both the updated form and the AC.
