AC Not Submitted Watchlist

This article explains the purpose of the 'AC Not Submitted Watchlist' and how it is used to monitor Annual Certification submission status in UC OATS.

Note: Only Reviewers with AC Not Submitted Watchlist can assign and manage people to receive the email notification.

Reviewers and approvers assigned the 'AC Not Submitted Watchlist' role receive automated email reminders prompting them to review the AC Not Submitted report. This report identifies faculty members who have not yet submitted their Annual Certification for the applicable fiscal year.
