Annual Certification Reports

This article explains how to view Annual Certification reports in UC OATS.

To access the Annual Certification reports:

1. Select the Annual Certification tab.
2. Confirm that you are viewing the correct fiscal year. 
3. There are five report views available, each reflecting a different stage of the Annual Certification process:
   • AC In My Queue – Displays Annual Certifications that are currently in the reviewer’s queue and ready for action.
   • AC Not Submitted – Displays Annual Certifications that have not been submitted by the faculty member or that have been returned to them for updates.
   • AC In Process – Displays Annual Certifications that have been submitted and are moving through the review and approval workflow but are not yet accepted.
   • AC Accepted – Displays Annual Certifications that have received final acceptance.
   • AC All – Displays all Annual Certifications for faculty within your unit, regardless of status.
