Move Activity to the Next Fiscal Year

This article explains how to move an activity one fiscal year forward.

You cannot move an activity if:

1. If the Annual Certification is under review or accepted for the fiscal year the activity is reported in, you cannot proceed.
2. If there is an approved Category I form for the activity, you cannot proceed. 

What you should know before moving an activity:

1. Only activities in the current fiscal year can be moved to the next fiscal year. 
2. Any reported Effort/Earnings for the activity will be deleted. You may want to document the effort/earnings before proceeding.
3. Any Category I form associated with the activity that is in process will be sent back. Once the activity is moved, you'll need to resubmit it.
4. Any Student Involvement form for the activity will be moved to the next fiscal year. It will not be sent back to you.
5. Any Exceed Threshold form for the activity will be deleted. 

To move the activity to the next fiscal year:

1. Locate the activity in your workspace and select the Edit Activity (pencil icon) button.

   

2. Select the Move this activity to the next fiscal year button, and then click Next.

   

3. A disclaimer will appear with a list of what will occur once you move the activity. 

   

4. The activity has been moved. If applicable, remember to re-submit your Category I form, re-enter your effort, etc.
