Adding Notes and Attachments to an Activity

The notes field is a way for faculty, reviewers, and approvers to communicate about an activity. The notes are not private. Reviewers and approvers with access to the activity can view the notes and attachments.

To add an activity note:

  1. Locate the activity in your workspace.
  2. Click on the notes icon.
  3. Click on the 'Add Activity Note' button.
  4. Enter your message and add attachments, if necessary.
  5. Click 'Add Note' to save it. Reviewers and approvers are not notified when a note is added. They will have access to the note when they log into UC OATS and view your account.
  6. You can delete the activity note if needed.
