Reviewer Workspace: Annual Cert.

This article provides an overview of the Annual Cert. section. The Annual Cert. section is where your annual certification queue is located, along with three annual certification reports. The following will provide an overview of each tab.

AC In My Queue

The 'AC In My Queue' tab is your annual certification queue. This is where you will find annual certification reports that need your review. Use the Fiscal Year indicator to locate the annual certification reports. Select the back button to view annual certification reports from the previous fiscal year. 

AC Not Submitted

This report displays a list of faculty members who have not submitted their annual certification reports and reports that have been returned to faculty members.

AC in Process

This report displays a list of annual certification reports that have been submitted and are processing through the approval workflow.

AC Accepted

This report displays annual certification reports that have received final acceptance. To view or download a PDF version of the annual certification report:

1. Select the faculty member's name to view the faculty details page.
2. Select the annual certification button.
3. Select the 'Signed Version' tab to view and download the signed annual certification form. 

AC All

The 'AC All' tab shows a list of all current faculty. Select the 'Show Faculty Separated' filter to also show faculty who have separated from the university.
