This article demonstrates how to return an approved annual certification report to a faculty member for modifications.
Note:
- Only reviewers with the 'Historical Data Manager' role can return an approved annual certification report.
To return an approved annual certification report:
- Go to the 'Fiscal Year' indicator and click the back arrow to go to the previous fiscal year.
- Click on the Annual Certification tab.
- Select the AC Accepted tab.
- Locate and select the faculty member's Annual certification report.
- On the Annual Certification Details tab, select the Faculty button and enter the reason you are returning the Annual Certification report to the faculty member.
- Then click Submit Action. The Annual Certification report has been returned and an email notification has been sent to the faculty member. Once the faculty member updates the Annual Certification report, they may resubmit it.
