Daily & Weekly Summary Emails

This article explains why a reviewer may receive an alert indicating that the form they selected has already been reviewed.

As a reviewer, you are automatically signed up to receive daily and weekly summary emails when there are prior approval forms in your queue.

• Daily Summary Email: An email will be sent to you with a list of prior approval forms and annual certifications that have entered your queue the previous day. This email does not include prior approval forms and annual certifications that were already in your queue. If nothing new entered your queue the previous day, you will not receive an email.
• Weekly Summary Email: You will receive an email early Monday morning with all prior approval forms and annual certifications that entered your queue during the previous week (Monday-Sunday). This email does not include prior approval forms and annual certifications that were already in your queue. If nothing new entered your queue the previous week, you will not receive an email.

If the form has already been reviewed and is no longer in your queue, the following pop-up will appear.
