Unsubmitted Form Weekly Email Notification


This article provides information on the weekly email notifications sent to faculty with unsubmitted forms.

Note: 
  • This feature is disabled for some UC campuses.

Faculty will receive weekly email reminders for any forms that remain unsubmitted seven days after their creation or return date. These reminders will continue for up to one year until the form(s) is submitted or the faculty has separated from the university.

e.g. Unsubmitted form

 

You can see when the form was created or returned by checking the form's Historical Actions.
