Workspace Overview: Annual Certification

This article provides an overview of the Annual Cert. section. The Annual Cert. section is where your annual certification reports are located. These reports are organized by fiscal years, so use the fiscal year indicator to view reports by specific fiscal years. The following will provide an overview of these reports. 

AC In My Queue

The AC In My Queue tab is where you can review annual certification reports that need your review and approval. Use the Fiscal Year indicator to locate specific reports. To access reports from the previous fiscal year, select the Back button. For a comprehensive view of annual certification reports across all fiscal years, refer to the Dashboard. 

AC Not Submitted

This report provides a list of faculty members who have not submitted their annual certification reports, as well as reports that have been returned to faculty for revisions.

AC In Process

This report shows a list of annual certification reports that have been submitted and are currently progressing through the approval workflow.

AC Accepted

This report lists annual certification reports that have received final acceptance.

AC All

This report shows all annual certification regardless of the status.
