Denying a Prior Approval Form

This article demonstrates how to deny a prior approval form. The only person with the option to deny a prior approver form is the 'terminal approver' (final approver).

To deny a prior approval form:

  1. Confirm you are in the correct fiscal year. Faculty can submit prior approval forms for different fiscal years, so you may need to toggle between fiscal years to view all forms in your queue.
