Report 240-246

The 240–246 Report summarizes reported Outside Professional Activities (OPA) and associated effort for Deans (APM-240) and Faculty Administrators at 100% time (APM-246).

This report is used for annual reporting and is submitted to UCOP by the campus Application Administrator. It provides a consolidated view of activities and efforts to support compliance with UC policy.

Access the Report

To view and download the 240-246 report:

1. Select App Admin.
   
2. Confirm you are in the correct fiscal year. Use the arrows to move forward and back through fiscal years.
3. Select Reports.
4. Select the Report 240-246 link to view the report.
   
5. Select the Download button to download the report.
