Outstanding Form(s) Preventing AC

This article explains the purpose of the Annual Certification with Outstanding Forms queue and provides guidance on how you can assist in progressing a prior approval form through the review process.

Annual Certifications can only be reviewed once all associated prior approval forms have received a final decision (Approved, Acknowledged, or Denied). Certifications that are ready for review are placed in your Annual Certification Queue.

If there are prior approval forms still processing through the approval workflow, the related Annual Certifications will appear in the "Annual Certification with Outstanding Forms" queue. This queue lists all pending prior approval forms and identifies whose queue the forms are currently in. This allows you to follow up with those individuals to help expedite the review process.

Once all prior approval forms are finalized, the Annual Certification will move to the "Annual Certifications in My Queue" section, where you can proceed with the review.
