Acknowledged/Approved Report


The Acknowledged/Approved Report provides analytics on the use of "Approved" and "Acknowledged" actions for prior approval forms at each workflow level. This report will show you how many Approvers in UC OATS are using the Approved and Acknowledged actions at each level.

Note: 
  • Only users with the Analytics User role in UC OATS will see the Analytics button.

The following will explain how to use the report: 

  1. Select the Analytics buttonreports tab page
  2. Select the fiscal year for the report
  3. Select the Acknowledged/Approved Report tab
  4. Locate the form you want to view and hover over each level to view the statistics.
