Report APM 240-246

This article provides instructions on how to access and download the APM 240-246 report that is sent to UCOP. 

Note: This report omits uncompensated Category III activity hours.

To view and download the 240-246 report:

1. Select the App Admin tab. 
2. Confirm you are in the correct fiscal year. Use the arrows to move forward and back through fiscal years.
3. Select the Reports button.
4. Select the Report 240-246 link to view the report.
5. Select the Download button to download the report.
