AC with Outstanding Forms

This article explains the purpose of the Annual Certification with Outstanding Forms queue and how to assist in progressing pending prior approval forms.

Annual Certifications can only be reviewed after all associated Prior Approval forms have received a final decision (Approved, Acknowledged, or Denied). Certifications that meet this requirement appear in your Annual Certifications in My Queue section.

If any Prior Approval forms are still in progress, the related Annual Certification will appear in the Annual Certification with Outstanding Forms queue. This queue lists the pending forms and identifies whose queue they are currently in, allowing you to follow up and help expedite the review process.

Once all Prior Approval forms are finalized, the Annual Certification will automatically move to Annual Certifications in My Queue, where you can complete the review.
