As a Dean, what are my reporting requirements?

Dean's are required to report in UC OATS:

1. Category I activities, Category II activities, and Category III activities
   • Time spent on outside professional activities
   • Academic Year faculty: Summer salary information if you engaged in Category I or Category II activities
2. Student involvement in any outside professional activity (Category I, II, III)
3. Complete annual certification regardless of whether you engaged or did not engage in outside professional activities
