Improved the appearance and readability of Category I Engagement Notes in the activity notes section. For context: Reviewers and Approvers are now required to provide a justification when indicating that a faculty member engaged in an activity before receiving permission if the faculty member originally answered "No" to the same question. The justification is automatically documented in the activity notes, added as a staff note in the "Cat 1 Prior Approval non-Compliance" report within the Analytics tab, and in the System Message on the Faculty Details page.
