On the Category I form, Reviewers and Approvers are now required to provide a justification when indicating that a faculty member engaged in an activity before receiving permission if the faculty member originally answered “No” to the same question. The justification is automatically documented in the activity notes and added as a "Staff note" in the "Cat 1 Prior Approval non-Compliance" report within the Analytics tab. [Ref: CVW 172424] |
