Updated the Error Log section under the "File Ingest Detail" page to not load internal error messages. The internal messages contain characters not supported by the datatable, which in turn prevented displaying other messages. In addition, a fix has been added to ignore deprecated faculty records with the same emails.

Updated the Staff ingest feature to use the same process when adding a staff through the UI. Prior to the update, the ingest was not adding the staff as a member of the campus group. As part of the fix, a script was applied to add campus membership for staff missing those records.
