There was a faculty ingest bug that did not enable all faculty notification types. As a result, faculty did not receive emails of events related to their forms. The fix included the following: 1. Applied a script to enable all notification types for all faculty.  2. Added an audit trail of enable/disable faculty notification type events. These records now capture whether the enabling/disabling of notification type events were due to the system, or a staff action.

Updated the Annual Certification filter rules as follows: "Not Submitted" - AC form was never submitted by faculty, "Report Returned" - AC form is waiting for the faculty to resubmit because it was sent back for corrections, "In Progress" - AC form is in a Reviewer's/Approver's queue, "Accepted" - AC form has been accepted, and "All" - Consists of all forms in the states above.

Cleaned up duplicate summer records for faculty that resulted from unintentional double clicking. Also, double click protection has been added to the Summer hours dialog.

A scheduling feature has been added to allow app administrators to set specific dates when Annual Certification reminders are sent via email.

A new notification template sent to faculty has been added for cases when faculty have prior approval form in the 'Not Submitted' state. An email reminder will now go out to the faculty member when a form needing approval has been in the “Not Submitted” state for more than a week, with weekly follow-up reminders until the request is submitted or deleted.

A feature has been added to assist faculty reporting activities in the correct fiscal year. The report activity popup has a question asking which fiscal year that they are reporting the activity. The question only appears if the faculty has not submitted their Annual Certification for the previous fiscal year(s).
