A new option has been added for reviewers and approvers to send faculty a notification when adding a note to an activity and effort/income record. There is a checkbox in the "New Note " dialog box to send email. The notification template has the following fields: faculty first and last name, activity name, fiscal year, and first and last name of who entered the note.

A bug that prevented the student involvement update dialog to load when faculty selected "Do you plan to involve student(s) ..." option under the "Edit Activity" popup has been fixed.

Faculty added to the UCOATS were not subscribed to new notification types created after approximately June 2019. This resulted in some faculty not receiving certain email notifications. Those faculty are now being subscribed to all relevant notification types.

Removed the confusing warning message on the end date when adding/editing an effort/income record. The end date message was displayed after entering a value for the start date. It was confusing to the faculty to see the message as they just entered the start date and the warning shows up before getting the opportunity to select the end date.

The select widget to choose from a list of alternative approvers to send form to was listing duplicates and invalid options. This bug occurred on the reviewers' dialog when deciding to send form forward to an alternative approver.

Fixed a bug that would send form approved alert email notifications (via CC) to reviewers and approvers above the final level approval level of a form. For example, email notifications would go to staff at the School and V/C level even though the final approval level is at the Department level for student involvement form.

The report from clicking on "Export current data" under the reviewer page/ AP Review tab/ Stock Valuation tab is now factoring in the Search, Date, and division filters.

Fixed a bug that prevented faculty from submitting a category one form when the response to the the question "Estimated number of hours during each annual reporting period" was not an integer value. The field now allows quarterly decimal values such as X.25, X.50, and X.75.
